Abs Abs Abs! Everyone seems to be asking for a QUICK and short schedule, so I put together a 2 weeks schedule to help you get closer to those defined abs and to lose weight. A 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it again after you finish it!

Warning: please take proper breaks in between if needed don't rush with the video. It can give you severe injury.
And don't do exercises which are difficult like the up and down plank if you don't have strength in your arms
I got chest cramps and my breast hurt like someone is stabbing also it has got stiffened near ribs.

I just started this as I’m getting really fed up with my body earlier on tonight I was drinking a coke and I just started looking at it a started to feel disgusted so I poured it down the sink and got a glass of water with ice and was like I’m gonna do this I’m gonna make a change, I managed to punch all the way through this workout maybe adding a few more seconds to the breaks but at least attempting all the workouts and punching through !! good luck to everyone else attempting this !!

AB WORKOUT! // No Equipment

I had a bad day today: binged and ate spoons of PB and ... pure sugar... But tonight I told myself I would still do the workout (I usually try and get it done in the morning otherwise I keep putting it off) and I did! Just finished day 6 of the 2020 summer shred and I am getting back on track! :) Tomorrow is a new day! Normally when I do one thing wrong, eat one thing wrong my mind goes to "the whole day is worthless, might as well continue with the unproductive, self-deprecating and unhealthy habits" and I had a moment of that today, but I overcame it and did my workout and at the moment I still feel fat from the binge, but I am also proud of myself. Thank you, Chloe Ting! <3 You are helping me in ways beyond getting fitter! :)
