Healthy Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Banana Bread. Makes 4 servings
2 Bananas, 1 mashed, 1 sliced
2 cups oatmeal
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups milk (I used oat milk)
3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash one banana in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients, except the sliced banana and mix well. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan that has been lightly oiled and top with sliced banana.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is cooked through.

glad you liked them. I enjoy them too. My little likes his with his yogurt in the morning. Bummer your kids didn’t like them. Maybe they will when they get older.
