Here’s an at-home leg workout that only needs a resistance band and a weight⤴️ ‼️PUT YOUR SOUND ON TO LISTEN TO A VOICE OVER OF EACH EXERCISE‼️
This is new for me— I thought I’d try something a little different🤷‍♀️

👉exercise 1 was done timed: 30 seconds x 3...
👉exercise 2 was done by distance: across my driveway & back= 1 set. (Done 3 times). .
👉exercise 3: 10 squats each side x 3.

👉exercise 4 was done timed: 30 seconds x 3.
.
👉exercise 5&6: 12 reps x 3...
❌not recorded: step-ups on a ledge: 10 each leg x 3. ❌not recorded: using my rusty barbell lol sumo deadlift 10 reps x 3...

👀As you can see I love using resistance bands around my ankles— it helps hold tension...
🌬 It’s still a little chilly here in Jersey, but on the sunny days catch me outside training in a sweatshirt. Warm weather cannot come soon enough!
